Responsible for both the BA role, assessing the operational efficiency and use internally for the distributed audio/video services (450 end-to-end Video Conferencing system points in 245 locations worldwide), and as Program Manager to transform siloed travel data for a 4 year period, to an operational data store designed to scale globally and handle a wide variety of data types.

The scope of the challenge extended into non-Credit-Suisse teleconferencing locations via new bridging technologies that required extensive COT software customization, testing and training, as well as providing detailed guidance for designing and administering the necessary processes that support integration.

Primary focus on development and implementation of .XML based documentation solutions for web, CD-ROM, print and web-based products.

Led a new, web-based supply chain procurement system interfaced with SAP. The low cost interface met the new “just-in-time” supply chain management of supplier orders. PM in charge of a four million dollar next-generation multi-mode terrestrial and satellite communication systems. Partnered with Research-In-Motion (RIM) and Vistar of Canada (now TransCore), Hughes and Boeing Aerospace, was the program/project manager for the international joint venture in charge of overseeing the development of RF and Satellite hardware and software for 2 way and one way communications systems, and the creation of a Next-Gen Sat-Terrestrial communications systems.

Implemented a new PMO, with strict PMI-PMBOK methodologies throughout the entire enterprise systems development departments. Program Director in Charge of new satellite development for spin off of AMSC, XM Radio. Hughes and Boeing Aerospace were vendors. Led programs and teams for the build, launch and deployment of two geosynchronous satellites for XM Radio, as well as integration with the land earth stations in Falls Church, Reston, VA and Harlingen, TX and 50 audio studios at the Falls Church Headquarters.
