Project # 1 : Concept Design of Supply Air Duct for Saloon Area
Client : Bombardier, Derby
Title : Design of Supply Air Duct, Interiors

Project Description : Worked on Catia V5 Sheet Metal Module & Assembly.
Project involves Design & Concept phase of Supply Air Duct
in Saloon location on Intermediate end & Cab end.
Creation of Supply Air duct at Ceiling & Side wall location for inlet of air maintaining 1mm thickness and was done in Sheet metal module.
Interacting with the clients through Web-ex to display the design content and discussed about the Fabrication methodology of how it’s going to be developed.
Creation of brackets for handling the Supply Air Duct & providing the Fixings arrangement to integrate with the Car body structure and thoroughly checked with the interfaces to avoid clash. Involved in designing the parts as per the customer requirements and got the approval for manufacturing on time.
Project # 2 : Concept Design of Flexible Duct for Saloon Area
