Since 2015 has operated as SD, OTC Consultant for Roll Out project focused on SD full process with full integration to MM/WM, completing assignments for high profile production Company with high demand on Sales & Distribution operation within Inbound/Outbound activities 3rd WM. Analysed the Transportation process, Warehouse Structure & its process flow in comparison to the existing Template foreseen to migrate purchased company that already running SAP system. Identified the delta in customising, Business Process and information in Delivery and Shipment as legal or essential requirements by Idoc where the necessary developments to provide these have been written and developed which was adopted by Template either for implementation and migration of the other countries. GAP-Analysis and design the interfaces between SAP, Supplier and the 3rd party Warehouse. Writing the FS, FUT for the implemented process and its Interface functionality. Implementation and parallel development for the agreed GAP proceed and prototyped in 3 sub modules PTP, IM and Invoice Verification implementation, Intrastat full functionality and setting, Master Data Migration according to the BP and its integration to the other modules. Adopting the standard SAP Procurement process with minimal development in the pricing determination and price hiding process.
