Manages multiple jobs at one time - in various stages of production. Coordinates prepress requirements for customer accounts as well as reviewing electronic artwork for print production. Effective communication at all organizational levels. Thor- ough knowledge of the graphics process as it relates to flexographic printing utilizing front-end graphic software. Serves as liaison between customers, Printpack and prepress. Manages workflow of customer orders with clear and concise understanding under tight timelines.

Creative director and lead designer responsible for design of various freelance projects. Guides and mentors team of designers and other members of the established creative team. Conferring with vendors to discuss client requirements, presentation concepts and the execution of the creative vision; manages all accounts and projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements. Presents completed project to clients for approval. Various projects ranging from web, print, photography, illustration, motion and corporate design.
