Environmental Manager that has been involved in many sectors of water and waste management over a twenty four year career, predominately in Industrial Wastewater treatment. I have held Operator license(s) in both Water and Wastewater as a Grade 3 from the State of Arizona, having worked in several municipally owned treatment plants. Having worked for the Dober Group in their Industrial Wastewater Division as a Technical Service Rep increased my understanding and application of chemicals and chemistry in the treatment process, both municipally and in an Industrial setting; while honing sales and closing skills.
My emphasis is on system operation and performance in a day in day out setting, reliability and ease of rectifying problems as they present themselves while maintaining quality effluent to meet or beat current standards. Increased efficiency and performance lead to real monetary savings for the Company, simplified daily operation and training lead to consistency and sustainability.
