Targets & Achievements -
Volume target was 910,490 Unit Cases and Actual was 948,260 Unit Cases. This resulted in 6.9% above Target for the year 2013. This however impacted on the total volume of the business with 11% increase above the budget for same year.
In 2014, the target/budget allocated to me was 1,043,834 Unit Cases. Actual recorded was 1,056,452. This showed an increase of 11% above the previous year achievements and 1% above the target set for 2014.
In 2015, the target given was 1,030,954 Unit Cases and Actual volume achieved was 1,148,401 Unit Cases. This showed an increase of 11.4% over target/budget.
Route Sales officer

Daily preparation of load request for sales routing.

Weekly Route riding and Spot checking with salesmen.
