Provide comprehensive and accurate cost reporting utilizing data from both internal systems and contractor supplied information. Including appropriate level of analysis to ensure a "no surprise" approach.
Closely monitor performance against realistic targets to ensure that objectives and KPI's are met
Review contractors' invoices for accuracy and ensure they are in accordance with contracts. This includes use and understanding of BP's SAP, Maximo and CCTS (labor tracking) systems.
