RITC - provide support for cellular integrations, troubleshooting LTE
wireless technology elements as RRH failures, external alarms, eNodeB
alarms, assisting with RUC, bcem upgrades, building carrier growths, and
multi-carrier growths via transports and integrations tasks, verifying
service by testing equipment/alarms and identifying and correcting
problems, upgrading software, use of GUI and proprietary software to define
where issues reside, load configuration files, call testing, voice over
LTE, speed testing, assisting with RET issues, running different task (ACC
conversion, antenna replacement, compact flash replacement, RFM and SFP
