Job Functions:
Prepares technical specifications, detailed engineering design plans, bill of materials (BOM) and cost estimates for individual OSP maintenance projects.
Provides end to end Project Management (PM) for the installation, commissioning, testing and acceptance of assigned OSP projects:
Secures Right of Way and Work Permits from government and private entities.
Spear-heads the acceptance and testing of completed projects.
Validate documents and perform progress billing activities for on-going projects.
Reviews As-built Plans (ABP's), Certificated of Actual Work Done (CAWD), Material Reconciliation (Mat Recon), Deposits, Right of Way and other close-out documents and perform corresponding close-out activities in order to endorse the final payment for completed OSP network projects.
Provides pro-active liaison and coordinate work with internal clients and concerned work groups and to accommodate, clarify, deliberate and facilitate resolution of assigned contracted network project concerns; consult requirements in the utilization of resources, just payment and timely completion of contracted projects
Performs "on-site inspection/survey" to ensure conformance with set timelines, technical specifications and SLA's.
Furnishes periodic projects updates, Contractor's Evaluation Report, resources/materials utilization and other required information on assigned contracted projects.
