a Skycap for 15 years at Delta Airlines' Salt Lake City hub.In addition I was in the Logistics industry for nearly ten years

• Provide Skycap service for major Delta hub at Salt Lake City International Airport

DHL Worldwide Express Service Agent/Courier/Manager Trainee, April 1997 to October

2003

Service Agent/Logistics Specialist for DHL in Salt Lake City for nearly ten years. I was involved in all areas of DHL's

local operations. Began as Courier and progressed to Auditing and Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding to

Montana and Idaho using assorted vendors including Delta Air Cargo and Skywest.

I started as PM Courier and then AM delivery driver. In Salt Lake City I was cross-utilized. Duties included; pickup and

deliveries sorting, dispatching and airport operations.

My final duties were that of Service Agent. My areas of responsibility speed packs going to Montana.

I was also beginning DHL management trainee program
