Also trained and supervised all JCI employees, JCI contract employees, and negotiated third-party vendors.

-Business Consultant, 2008: Performed a one-year contract as Property Manager of a 160-unit housing co-op and staff. Responsibilities included personnel management, purchasing, remodel projects, bookkeeping, payroll, tax and audit preparations, unit inspections and monthly reporting to the Board of Directors.
-Business Consultant, 2007: Performed a one-year contract as Operations Manager and Financial Secretary of a large non-profit organization. Responsibilities included management of administrative and maintenance staff, payroll, reporting to oversight committees, purchasing, inventory, records archiving, accounts payable/receivable, deposits, budget tracking and projections, financial auditing, event planning and hosting.
-Network Marketing, 2004 – 2007: Recruited and trained over 40 marketing agents to build a residual income business.
-E-Commerce, 2004 – 2011: Built a retail catalog website and performed all order fulfillments.

- Setup new manufacturing division and coordinated all areas of operation to include: negotiation of building lease; design-build; acquisition of all equipment and resources; security and access controls; move-in transition; standard processes and procedures; OSHA compliance; training of personnel; project management; automation of engineering data.
Project Manager
- Led $18M contract to produce a prototype for the US Air Force Command Center, which resulted in $22M of follow-on contracts to deliver duplicate units.
- Received the “2002 Value Engineering Award for Program Management” from the Secretary of Defense.
Project Manager
- Led $6M contract to produce a transportable power system for the US Air Force Command Center.
Assistant Project Manager
- Assisted in proposal negotiations and creation of SOW, ROM, and contract tracking system for $13M MCCC contract.
Assistant Program Manager
- Assisted in all areas of managing an $8M research and development contract with DARPA, from proposal negotiations to delivery. Achievements in resource and budget utilization resulted in completion of program with over $50K remaining in budget, and implementation of team bonuses. Results of this project led to a $13M follow-on contract.

- Developed and maintained an automated document repository for all engineering drawings and associated data utilized by Air Force personnel performing critical maintenance in-field.
Executive Assistant/Technical Illustrator II/Librarian
- Prepared proposals, ROMs, status reports, minutes, presentations, external correspondence, manuals, and marketing brochures. Trained administrative personnel and coordinated company-sponsored special events.
- Coordinated acquisition of capital equipment resulting in a $2000/mth savings.
