Project Controls Manager – P3 to P6 conversion and Maximo 7.5 Upgrade
§Conversions expertise to lead transition to dual unit work control using P6 as well as site DBA for P6.
§Assist with Maximo 7.5 upgrade testing and verifying accuracy of bridge design between P6 and Maximo.

Project Controls Support at PSNH - Transmission & Distribution CPM Scheduler
§Developed CPM project schedules for PSNH’s 5-year planned capital projects in PERT format for project manager and contractor reviews prior to bid award. This group of 31 T&D projects included 4,500 total scheduled activities with project budgets ranging from $10M to $300M.
§Created project schedules from scratch and collaborated with engineering in developing bid proposals and working in the field with contractors to obtain weekly quantities and forecasts.
§Scheduled an 11-mile new 345kv line installed by J.C. Reed in the Raymond, NH area.
§Completed project three months ahead of schedule and was the first PSNH T&D project with no change orders.
