SMART WALL SOOT BLOWING SYSTEM (Academic)

Tools & Technology: Relay logic, Industrial Temperature controller, Heat flux sensor, Thermocouple, Relays, Motor Transformer Rectifiers, Rack and pinion mechanisum

Project Description:

The control module automatically operates the soot blower operation. It is a automatic operating soot blowing system by monitoring regular furnace condition with the help of heat flux senser . Heat flux sensor vallue are set high and low set point. When the vallue are reached in predetermine set point then activated the soot blower operation.

Industrial Training

Organisation :- Training at MAHAGENCO KORADI THERMAL POWER STATION

Nagpur in summer 2014. In 4 week ( 28 days )

Organisation :- 210 MW Thermal power plant SIMULATOR training at National Power

Training Institute Nagpur. In 15 days
