Detention/Demurrage Claim for over-delayed EXIM cargo at various ports.

Interaction with ICDs, Wet Ports & Logistics Companies for material distribution till warehouses at various locations

Handling Custom Clearance of EXIM Cargo 300 – 400 Containers monthly, at various Dry & Wet ports, against Duty Payments/DEPB /DFIA

Strong ability for independent interaction with various Senior Level Custom Authorities for timely clearance of EXIM goods at Various Ports Locations in India & Overseas

Direct Communication with Central Licensing Authorities (CLA), Well experienced in to handle the trade with Units in EPZ, FTZ and EOUs

Trade Documentation:

To arrange Shipping Documents (Both Import & Export Cargo) as per requirements laid down in FLC, Custom Authorities & EXIM Policy FEMA Regulations
