- Checking, supervising, advising and replaying for all the emails regarding Logistics.
- Monitor and control all the transportation Air or Road (local/International)
- Make sure the loading is safe and as per HSE, company and country policy.
- Arrange the training for the new drivers.
- Report for the Transportation daily status.
- Report any issue related to transportation (incidents, near miss or injuries).
- Coordinating all the Domestic Transportation for all Segments from/to field’s location.
- Consolidate the items from all segment while transfer from filed's location to another.
- Make sure Vehicles are in good situation and all the documents of it is valid.
- Checking with Procurement department regarding the materials received to send them to field.
- Monitors all the Contracts of the vehicles and the documents.
- Report for any vehicle needs to renew card, checking, servicing or contract renew.
- Checking with the filed material receiving and transfer status.
- Managing urgent material request for the filed.
- Consolidate shipments from the source to save the cost.
- Monitoring and following up material clearing or exporting from different ports of Yemen.
- Responsible of the vehicle movement and guiding.
- Checking all the import or export Documents and insure there will be no issue for importing or exporting and asking for revising if need it.
- Physical Asset inventory in the field.
- Liquidation all the expired contract of all the Segment
- Solving any issue with Client, PEPA and Customs related to the import or export Documentation process.
- Supervising, Managing & Planning PSA Clearance Project with the department team.
- Leading the project of the Company liabilities with the Government authority.
- Checking, supervising, advising and replaying for all the emails regarding Logistics
