I am a trained and experienced AutoCAD Draftsman also very familiar

with Photoshop/Illustrator Designs or exterior/interior v-ray renders in 3ds Max. Fluently work with Office 2013, Acrobat DC. My specialty is delivery of professional construction drawings. I can work under tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and clarity. I also create take-offs, proposals, shop drawings, and anything construction-related that can be done on a computer. I recently completed a project for an architectural firm that needed a fast turnaround for drawings. “Time is something we do not have”, were their specific words. I developed a set of construction drawings for their Hancock St project, a four story building in Brooklyn. That firm had previously retained my services on two occasions and has become a valued client.
