INTERNSHIP (April 2011 to june 2014): RIPER-RDT Hospitals, Anantapur, AndhraPradesh

Internship Activities Include: Ward round participation, Providing Drug and Poison Information, ADR monitoring, Patient counselling, Pharmaco-economic studies, Treatment chart reviews, Treatment interventions,prescription analysis and data entry.

Participation:

As an executive member and part of organizing committee executed “National symposium on exploring new insights of pharmacoeconomics and outcome research” held on Dec 05, 2015, at RDT hospital Bathalapalli, organized by International Society for Pharmacoeconomicsand Outcomes Research (ISPOR) – India AndhraPradesh chapter, Raghevendra institute of pharmaceutical education and research (RIPER) Anantapur, and RDT hospital Bathalapalli.

I participated as a registered delegate in the Quality pharmacy practice module advanced learning series-I,organized jointly by the indian Association of colleges of pharmacy and JNTU,hyderabad during 9th aug to 11th aug 2012.

I participated in the 64th Indian pharmaceutical congress held at SRM university, Chennai, during 6th-8th dec 2012

I had participated in the 4th Indian pharmaceutical association student congress held at St.Peters institute of pharmaceutical science,Hanamkonda,Warangal during 18th and 19th feb 2012

Poster Presentation:

Presented a paper entitled Gender comparision of days lose due to disability in burden of diclofenac induced adverse drug reaction in the 7th Asian conference on pharmacoepidemiology held at Bangalore, India during 27th and 28th Oct 2012.

Presented a paper entitled on Assesment for prescribing pattern of drugs in lower respiratory tract infection in the national pharmacy week celebrations and pharma prac-2011,emerging trends in pharmacy practice held at sri ramachandra university,Chennai,india during 10th and 11th Nov 2011.

Presented a paper entitled on Assesment of pharmaceutical care in multidisciplinary intensive care unit in the 73rd international congress of FIP held from 31st to 5th sep 2013 in Dublin, Ireland.

Presented a paper entitled on ocular drug delivery systems IInd international conference on drug delivery-2011 organized by PSG college of pharmacy, Coimbatore during 21st and 22nd jan 2011.

Achivements:

I had participated and awarded in cultural activities such as open house competition,Ad making,indoor games,skits and group performances.
