Title : IDENTIFICATION,CLASSIFICATION, AND MONITORING OF TRAFFIC SIGN USING HOG AND NEURAL NETWORKS

Description : Histogram of gradient (HOG) is a feature from which the ideal image can be read and also can be compared with other image, but it takes long time as well as the more training samples to train, and also the accuracy achieved so far is 91%. Using the Neural Networks in the project enhances all the features and the drawback faced by using only HOG can be solved, more importantly the accuracy of matching an image achieved is more than 95% using MATLAB Tool.
