•Review SF 52s (request for advertisement) sent from Virginia National Guard units, ensuring that position is a valid vacant position or soon to be vacated, and review comments by requesting supervisor to ensure the position can be advertised as requested.
•Responsible for maintaining full-time manning documents, and
creating new positions, update existing positions (add new data, make required changes and remove positions/data) in the DCPDS system.

•Review Manpower Voucher/Unit Manning Document (UMD) requirements to determine if addition or deletion of requirements and authorizations are needed. Review DCPDS reports (Organizational Hierarchy (OH) and Position Organizational Address (POA), Master PAS Code/UIC, MILPDS vs. DCPDS, Mismatch of UIC/PAS, Positions Connect to Deleted Supervisor Positions, AGR Expired DOB ETS ACDU List, etc.)
