Working as a water analyst, Boiler & cooling tower (Water Parameter) maintain and PLC &DCS Operation of DM Plants and RO Plant.

WELL KNOWN ABOUT:-

Design, Consideration, develop and implements of chemical dosing as per standard operating procedures, chemical cleaning, ensuring proper functioning of all pre & post equipment’s of RO plant.

Identify & sorting out the abnormalities in regeneration, organic fouling, loss on OBR, chemical consumption of DM plants.

Feed, steam, condensate & boiler water chemistry to avoid corrosion and deposition.

Cooling tower treatment like regular chemical treatment to avoid scaling, corrosion, deposition.

Preparation of standard analytical chemicals.

Handling of testing equipment like spectrophotometer, flame-photometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, turbidity, muffle furnace, oven etc.

Sampling, proximate, analysis of coal (Ash %, moisture %, volatile matter %, fixed carbon % and GCV)

Maintenance of equipment like dosing pumps, degasser system, pumps, blowers and condenser cleaning etc.

Maintain of Silica and Phosphate in Boiler water.
