•Incident Management: Providing resolution for SD Incident as per SLA’s. Providing Level2 and Level 3 support for incidents logged by BASF business users.
•Support on Pricing included Material Price, Customer Specific Price, Customer Discounts and Material Discount.
•Support on processing outbound deliveries, processing Good issue, shipping
Point determination, storage location determination, and Route determination.
• Work Knowledge on EDI/IDOC, and Batch jobs.
•Onsite- offshore coordination: Was in Client location, between Jun’2014 – Dec’2014 providing onsite-offshore coordination.

This project is based on the EDI communication between systems (FUSION to SAIL, Oracle to Partners system, Partners system to SAP and vice versa etc
