Led deal for major North American fragrance and flavors company to acquire a manufacturer in China,

conducted negotiations with the counterparty, due diligence, drafted all related agreements and pushed deal

to closing.

Led legal team for a fast growing PRC restaurant company with respect to a share acquisition by a

leading US PE fund, including negotiations, term sheets, convertible bridge loan agreements, novation

agreement, share purchase agreement, and shareholders agreement and pushed deal to closing.

Retained by Proskauer Rose to manage the China acquisition component of a major international hotel

chain held by a national European airline.

Led regional team to handle the largest telecommunications M&A in Cambodia.
