-Work as Senior Analyst in Arabcomed,Egypt.

- Arabcomed is a Pharmaceutical Company manufacturing Chemical and Pharmaceutical dosage form (Syrup, Tablet, Capsule, S.G.C, Semisolid and Dry powder Suspension).My work is responsible for analysis and for Pharmaceutical formula, In addition I am responsible for give training for new junior Chemists & Pharmacist and teaching them how to work under GMP & GLP Guidelines and how to protect themselves.

From (05/2007) till (12/2009):

-Worked as Senior Analyst in Egyphar Pharmaceutical industries.

Egyphar is a fast growing Pharmaceutical company Produce Syrup, Tablet, Capsule and Soft Gelatin Capsule. My Work there as Finished product was responsible for Analyzing Finished Product this convinced me to be a precise and Accurate as working under High pressure of Load Productivity.

From (12/2009) till now: Medpharma Sharjah.

-Worked as Quality control Lab Head in Medpharma Pharmaceutical industries.

Medpharma is a fast growing Pharmaceutical company Produce Syrup, Tablet, Capsule, Soft Gelatin Capsule, semi solid and Cephalosporin’s. My Work there as a manager for all Q.C department.

-Responsibility:

1.Approve or reject starting, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, semi finished and finished products analysis results or rejection.

2.Review/Approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other quality control procedures and records.

3.To ensure that the appropriate validations are done.

4.To approve/review any contract analysts, contract manufacturers, suppliers of materials.

5.To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out & adapted according to need.

6.Training of QC analysts on conducting analytical methods (HPLC, spectral analysis, Karl-fisher, dissolution, sterility, microbial contamination test and so on) and validation protocols.

7.Ensures that the proper monitoring and the maintenance of department premises and equipments are done properly.

8.Maintaining a controlled documentation system in the quality control department.

9.Monitoring of compliance with the requirements of approved procedures.

10.Ensures that the Monitoring of the calibration program of equipment is done.

11.Ensures the organization and proper keeping of starting materials and packaging materials retained samples in the retained samples room.

12.Ensures the proper handling of reference and working standards.

13.Ensures the Monitoring of the retention of the QC records.

14.Check the Laboratory organization (For example; document, glassware, chemicals and equipment).

15.Co-operate in calibration, maintenance and troubleshoots of equipment.
