I was involved in the initial planning phase of Castlight application implementation for Wells Fargo employees. Purpose of the Castlight application is to provide the information to the employees to compare the cost and quality of various Health care providers. It is a cloud based application, provides software services (SAAS) to Health insurance providers and employers for their employees. It is a market leader in this sector.

Castlight application integrates with Employer's (Any industry) Health Insurance system using Web Services . All the information transferred in XML format between Castlight an employer's health care system.

Project was designed to implement under Water Fall Methodology. As my role was a Business System Analyst, I was mainly involved in developing the Business Requirement and Test Planning. To create the Test Plan we use the Wells Fargo template.

Responsibility:

Developed test plans and requirement based on Castlight Functional Requirements / Low level design documents.

Created the Eligibility file for Castlight for data enrichment on the basis of their Health plans, HRA, HSA and FSA. This file I created in the format required for ETL process. So the Castlight would be able to extract the data from heterogeneous data sources like Peoplesoft and different Health partners

Performed testing on XML web services to fetch the data from Peoplesoft for Castlight.

Attended weekly meetings to update the development to team leads and Manager.

Identified the few scenarios where SOAP-UI needs to be used to test the integration with health provider and employer’s HR database. We also identified that, this application is going to make the asynchronous call based on the batch job processing. The integration tool Rally is used for this purpose.

Working on various IRT web applications developed for Retirement and 401K plan which includes customer savings plan, retirement plan and Hogan plan. These plans are designed and developed for Wells Fargo customers and for various big corporate clients. Overview

The project was designed and developed in accordance with Affordable Care Act using Waterfall methodology. I was responsible for testing the Cost Share Application to calculate the copay for eligible enrollees, and performing financial true up against the payment file provided by the government.

The inter plan reporting project was a mandate from the BlueCross Association. The team was responsible for delivering a plan specific enrollment report grouped by the area zip codes.

Overview:

Bank of Ohio Valley is the primary subsidiary of Bank of Ohio Valley Bank Corporation, a regional bank holding company. I worked as a QA Analyst with Ohio Valley Bank for development of an application for managing various Fixed Income & Interest Derivative products on web and also on mobile phones. Application is used to store the information about Interest rate derivative products including all derivatives containing an interest rate element in it.

This Application provided the 'Account Lists' (types of accounts), 'Account Summary' (balances, last deposits etc.), and 'Account Transactions' (Transaction Details) for the various accounts and the ability to transfer funds between the various accounts using 'Fund Transfers'. The application also allowed users to change the account options such as changing their 'User ID' and 'Password'. The application also allowed users to submit account-related queries to the bank including ordering checks, requesting copies of checks and statements etc.

Kohl’s is retail department store who provides garments, jewelry and household items to their customers using high tech POS computer system. I worked on the Kohl’s Smart POS software system enhancement project. This is a windows based application which includes different modules such as credit card activity, payments, purchases, returns and exchanges. The POS application was implemented and tested with the user’s ability to scan UPC bar codes.
