Instructor – Instructed the Iraqi Ministry of Interior police force on the mechanics of

troubleshooting, diagnostics and maintenance on the M1114 Up-Armored HMMWV in their fleet to become technicians.

Instructed on A/C system/ troubleshooting,Engine maintenance-R&R / troubleshooting,Fuel system maintenance/ troubleshooting, Electrical system maintenance/ troubleshooting,Transmission and Transfer maintenance / troubleshooting, Steering maintenance, troubleshooting Brake system maintenance / troubleshooting. TAK4-(independent suspension system installation). Perform axel and wheel removal, hull prep for new axel installation. Installation of the front, intermediate and rear suspension components. Installation of CTIS; after cooler and steering box. Routing of air, vent, and brake lines from hull to axel, install propeller shaft. Installation of electrical harness light systems and ABS systems. Installation of wheels and alignment of intermediate and front axels. Final inspection, prep, paint, and service.
