Talent with engines and mechanical aptitude leading to overseeing all recreational and race fuel injector applications at one of the largest automotive component manufactures in the world. Worked with quality, supplier quality and manufacturing on a weekly basis to make decisions for manufactured components and customer products. Developed parts of the next generation fuel injector, still in development, using Autodesk Inventor and Ansys Workbench. Worked with suppliers for new components and required data for repeatability and specifications.

Prepare reports for internal management and major OEM customers including Ducati, Arctic Cat, Polaris and Renault.

Author professional correspondence to internal departments, customers and suppliers.

Meeting with plant manager & department heads regarding manufacturing, engineering, and other issues.

Biweekly meeting with quality, supplier quality and manufacturing to determine proper course of action for suspect components and assemblies.

Performed Injector 101 presentation at Arctic Cat World Headquarters in Theft River Falls, MN.

Convinced plant manager through data presentation to use an extremely rare and expensive solution that would meet a major motorcycle manufactures fuel flow and targeting requirements.

Involved in multiple internal projects involving mostly manufacturing concerns that saved the company time and money.

Dozens of meetings with manufacturing, logistics, schedules, quality, supplier quality and engineering to release new production injectors.

Project Management / New Product Implementation

Oversaw all recreational/race prototype and production injectors produced for over 2 years:

•.Initial requests, theoretical calculations, 3D target modeling, prototypes and testing.

•.This included hand building the fuel injectors comprised of over 20 components.

•.Over 100 different vehicle engine platform application prototypes were developed.

•.New and current production injectors.

Released over 20 new production injectors at Continental Automotive:

Ten injectors were released in just 4 months greatly increasing profits before the end of quarter.

Released highest flowing injector ever produced and a number of new components.
