D.E.R is a Police Department controlled by the government of the state of São Paulo responsible for building and monitoring roads and highway networks of São Paulo. This department has the similar function as the Division of Motor Vehicles in the USA. My responsibility was to perform black box, acceptance, regression, load and functional/performance testing on dozens of applications using both automated and manual testing methods. Contributions:

Excelled in creating test plan & test cases in order to prepare the team to properly test the software developed both by the D.E.R development department and by the contractors. The testing department s usual procedure did not organize test scenarios; therefore, I introduced the “Testlink” tool and organized all plans and test cases thus helping the department minimize the test time and efficiently manage the entire testing cycle;

Excelled in understanding Use Cases in order to analyze requirements and accomplish the final client’s expectations while meeting quality standards;

Excelled in finding, documenting and reporting bugs, errors, interoperability flaws and other issues within proprietary software application. Experienced with Selenium & Test complete tools to automate testing cycle along with Jira to document and report bugs.
