Facilities Maintenance Manager-U.S 08/13 – 08/14
Planned, managed, and executed the move of old manufacturing facility to new 146,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. During the move I was responsible for the decommissioning, equipment layout, relocation schedule, as well as re-commissioning each resource. Complete move was conducted a week ahead of schedule.

Develop and implemented preventative maintenance program utilizing Micromain Maintenance Software (CMMS).
Establish equipment reliability KPI’s in order to determine areas in need of capital improvements.
