Ensure credit applications are completed, processed and approved, maintain debit ledgers, reviewing of the aged trail balance, overseeing and making collection calls, monitor and review accounts to identify and follow up to ensure effective collection and customer satisfactions, identifying and following up on doubtful accounts, overseeing and posting payments received daily, Month End General Ledger & Journal entries, reconcile all credit card charges and chargebacks and liaise with Credit Card companies, maintain and clear all in house accounts monthly, overseeing and processing customer billings to ensure they are sent timely, resolve customer queries, ensuring guest satisfaction, Maintain positive guest relations at all times, Review Accounts Receivable ledger daily, track and ensure all advance deposits are received timely, Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures & standards, Liaise with all Managers in relation to invoicing of accounts and status of outstanding accounts, Initiate collection action for overdue accounts and prepare for legal action for any necessary accounts, Schedule and chair monthly credit meeting, Implement opportunities for quality Team Building, Meeting with clients for bill reviews, Monitor the status of outstanding account to identify problem areas and adopt and procedures to improve overall collection processes, Supervision of A/R & Front Desk personnel, All A/R & Credit related matters, Supervision of employees, ensure all credit and collection policies are implemented and followed to ensure and protect the financial interest of the company.
