Responsible for forecasting, planning scheduling, code compliance and leading contractors and internal service teams to successfully execute major capital projects in company facilities. Assigned projects are major capital projects and are budgeted for $100k or more.

Oversees all areas of major site inspections, remodels and construction/cosmetic projects from planning, bidding, scheduling and executing, through final walk punch list and ten month warranty walk-through.

Plans and performs work on major remodels and special projects requiring a thorough knowledge of general construction practices, basic electricity and plumbing.

Manages and reduces costs associated with capital projects and special projects by proactively planning and organizing projects to control shipping/freight costs, overtime charges, etc.
