• Vibration Analysis on routine readings of Steam Turbine and supported pumps.
• Maintaining demands and arranging supplies of consumable tools and parts while closely coordinating with purchase department and inventory controller.

Industrial Experience
• Identification of cooling tower plume grounding and effects and for rectification installation and design study of funnel extensions of cooling tower fans on all cooling towers of SPX.
• Installation of steam trap in steam drums of all HRSGs and also proposed design to avoid mixing of HP steam outlet to super heater and steam entering in steam drum from HP super heater.
• Installation of Low expansion foam extinguishing system which was not part of the project for plant installation.
• Part of installation team with Dresser-Rand Personnel in installation project of new Rotor of Steam Turbine also cyclone separator in Superheated line.
• Installation activity of replacing seven Converteam generators with ABB Generators of capacity 21345 KVA. Also for steam turbine Converteam generator replacing with the Jeuomont generator of capacity 17000 KVA.
• Defining all plant locations on the basis of Wartsila Coding process and also defined Assets for these locations for implementation of IBM MAXIMO 7.6
• Defining work flow, and other flow for MAXIMO 7.6 implementations.
• Outsourcing of parts which were previously in practice to be purchased from Wartsila other sources were searched on a comparative basis purchased and used.
• Formats of all types of report which were in practice were establishing on plant under warstila design and flow were redefined personally as per requirements, also for MAXIMO report generations meters were associated with assets and design implemented.
Some of the main responsibilities from Job Description are given below,
• Work with plant maintenance staff to ensure that the plant facility and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient operating conditions at all time.
• Assist supervisor in scheduling overhauls.
• Provide schedules for normal operating periods, planned and forced outages to maintenance team and contractor personnel.
• Responsible for setting and maintaining the maintenance qualification and specific training standards for personnel.
• Identify and actively seek to improve operations and maintenance, to provide operational reliability and availability, to maximize equipment life and to provide detailed feedback to seniors.
• Responsible for safe working practice at plant.
• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards during maintenances. Worked as an Internee for Eight weeks in Maintenance Section Kot Addu Power Company. The facility is an independent power company having a capacity of overall capacity of 1600 MW while section bearing capacity of 397 MW working on a combined cycle operation having Two Siemens V94.2 gas Turbine and a steam turbine was operated by heat recovery of Gas Turbines.
