Slashed over $2,000,000 in yearly operating expenses (over a five-year period) by consolidating key functions, leaning out vendor relationships and renegotiating regional office leases on run rate annualized revenues of $56M.

Pedus USA

Originally recruited as SVP with full P & L ownership, eight months later became CEO for this $100,000,000 North America Company. During tenure consolidated six loosely organized operating companies into four service divisions of a single company, Divisions included Aviation, Security, Janitorial, and Institutional Food Services.

Developed and implemented a strategic branding and marketing initiative company-wide, the result, profitability and new organic sales energized.

Results: $1 million dollars in savings, exiting one business division, consolidating four divisions, and reducing headcount by 29 positions.

Accomplishments-Sales Associate

Directly involved in assisting customers in discovery clothing acquisition and holiday gift considerations during this holiday season.

Guiding and assisting customers in discovering what clothing choices best meet their needs.

Assist merchandisers and floor management in building displays and replenishing floor inventory.

Recruited to affect a transformation change in operations and customer delivery that included 11 direct reports and dotted-line to over 600 team members at seven branches in a US West territory with $56,000,000 in yearly sales. Mission critical objectives included: infrastructure remodeling, turnaround in customer defections, re-build internal customer allegiance to mission and vision and model an inclusive organization rather than an exclusive environment.

Accomplishments:

Multiple organic sales successes cultivating numerous deals as the lead liaison, including $5,000,000 annually with Aerojet/Rockertdyne and $1,000,000 with Raytheon Taiwan and continued relationship building with Boeing ($13,000,000 annual revenue stream) and Northrop Grumman ($18,000,000 annual revenue stream.)
