Collection of hourly water sample and beverage sample.
Microbiological and physicochemical analysis of water samples and beverage product.
Microbiological testing for the presence of E.Coli, Coliform, Shigella, Total Plate count, Total Bacteria count and Yeast & Mould.
Maintaining the hygienic condition of the company.
Product microbiology testing done as per ISO, EPA Standards.
Monitoring Clean In place (CIP)
GMP Auditing and Maintaining ISO, NAFDAC and HACCP standard.
Maintain Inventory and records for media, chemicals spares and glass wares.
Conducting microbiological test to detect bacteria and other harmful microorganisms count in system influent and effluents.

Ensuring treated water meet up with WHO, SON, and NAFDAC standard.
