I began with Parker as a supervisor and quickly achieved the position as Superintendent. Parker has a population of 96% Hispanic and 4% mixed cultures. While there I assisted plant manager with planning of production for each week while attempting to plan production schedule monthly . Conducted daily and monthly meetings with supervisors and staff members in both English and Spanish to insured the production of candy products was in compliance with maintaining level 3 Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. Developed and directed a team to prepare for all SQF Audits. Assisted plant manager in the development of SQF plan and implementation which included all GMPs, Safety and classes on Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Implemented new production procedures which helped reduce waste. I developed a storage plan which was allergen sensitive. I increased efficiency in production.
