Staff C. I. P. Senior Supervisor
Monitored and managed the activities of my assigned supervisor s while they gave instructions to their trainees on job duties for the day. What we did at the Doe Fund is sweep the sidewalks and change the trash cans throughout the four boroughs.
Ensured the safety of all personnel by making sure everybody was in uniform and wearing the proper foot gear as well as work gloves as provided.
Experienced with writing incident reports, either good or bad. Example: trainees recover a lost wallet from out the trash can and take it to the nearest police department.
Ensured all trainees are driven to their assigned routes in a timely matter and brought back to their facility with safety being our #1 priority each and every day.
Went to weekly meetings with deputy director‘s on job improvements in the field.
Responsible for writing monthly performance evaluations on assigned supervisors. My job was to help supervisors become better instructors, so that we can get better results from the workers (trainees).
Written daily auto log on the assigned vehicle, check all fluids and refilled on gas when needed.
