Oversaw the development and implementation of the project and held responsible for the projects outcome. Pre-sites included an analysis of every employee, every workflow, and every department of the dealership. After revealing redundancies, poor work-a-rounds, and unnecessary hand-off. Dealership management, our salesperson, and I redesigned the dealerships workflow. Each department was explained the new workflow and trained prior to go live in the attempt for 100% buy-in. The ADP team remained onsite for go-live day and then two to three weeks for on-the-job training. Customer satisfaction and retention top priority.
Projects included managing from five to 60 cross-functional associates, software/ hardware issues, budget adherence, conducting associate performance reviews, onsite subject-matter-expert, hosted preliminary/investigative and project status meetings. Worked with programmers on software changes, trained client how to submit their own software change requests.
