I help customer look for the lowest rate in energy from all the other electric providers and sign them up with new or renewal enrollments into a contract that benefits them with whatever year term they choose. I help customer resolve issues they might have with their bill, or account and if possibly put them on payment plans to help them out. I manage transfer of services and cancellations of contracts. Call customers back if they have anything pending or concerns we are still pending on. I provide people with a great customer focus, computer proficiency, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
My goal each day is to meet company’s requirements and customer satisfaction, maintain our customers in contract with our company and try everything possible for them not to switch to another company.
