Job Work Orders -

Calls regarding units issues from tenants of building 8401 are addressed with accuracy, expediency and are directed via email and via cell phone (if necessary) to the building engineers and property manager depending upon the circumstances. This procedure also adheres to tenants' contractors; cable vendors; designers; painters; that need access to their units. Building 8401 has a combined unit capacity of approximately 33.

Data Entry –

Monthly rents delivered by hand (from units within building) or mailed from near-by properties (approximately 179 units) by mail/FedEx. Rent collected by check is written in log book.

After recording by hand written log, checks are presented to the accounting office

Information from the hand written log is then applied to an Excel database per property location.
