Worked with clients with their computer problems. I used various methods to do so. I talked with them over the phone and at the client's houses to figure out what they needed and what I could do to repair their computers and other various applications.

Used multiple databases of stores/departments that enables users with proper add, update, or delete employees from the existing database through SQL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT: MAZDA CMU MODEL 2014
The manual testing team working on the CMU project for Mazda model year 2014. Continuous daily smoke tests to each new software build. Working in teams to test various parts of the system to insure compatibility. Ensuring that web services (Stitcher, Pandora) worked well with the software. Exploratory testing as the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Updating the fleet of vehicles that was used for testing with the new software build, Phone compatibility with the CMU; Reporting unknown bugs to the development leads with an in-house bug reporting tool; Used Blue PiraT for vehicle data logging; Attended daily meetings on the progress and the number of bugs reported; Preformed regression testing when new components were introduced; Developed tests based on project requirements; Wrote tests and inserted them into the master test suite; Exploratory testing using the CMU as the client in day to day scenarios; Used FTP client to pull core dumps off of the CMU when and if the CMU crashed; Used terminal to record script logs that would be used for bug reporting
