Testing Variable Frequency Drives for Installation on the electrical control panels, repairing faulty VFD’s received from customer, Installing VFD’s on the electrical panels and testing and commissioning control panels. VFD’s majorly handled

(ABB, SIEMENS, Telemecanique and Schneider).

Cut-to-length line control panel: Paramashakti pvt. Ltd. (India) Developed electrical control drawing for electrical control panel of a cut-to-length line. For metal sheet cutting. (EPLAN, AUTOCAD). Prepared bill of material, helped wiremen in constructing control panel and testing of the panel. Performed pre-commissioning for cut-to-length line control panel with ABB make AC VFD (Leveler, Coiler and Conveyor), SSD PARKER servo drive (Flying shear), SCHNEIDER make PLC (128 i/p, 64 o/p) installation and successful on-site installation of panel.

Traction motor test bench panel : Indian Railways, Mumbai Central. Developed an electrical control panel for testing purpose of the Traction Motors used for running Air Conditioning system in the Indian Railways. Made bill of material for the same, tested a ACS-800 VFD and installed for testing the traction motor (850 kW, 2180V, 1283/2484 rpm, 270/310A.)

MCC panel, Actuator panel, Meter Panel: MSCB Mumbai (India) Developed an electrical control panel for MSCB Mumbai, controlling the motor speed for water flow control to the city using EPLAN. Designed complete warehouse facility for ACME footwear, Data analysis for present facility, 3 alternative layouts for ACME. The process flow of Starbucks coffee was studied from customer and operator point of view.
