Removes asbestos from ceilings, walls, beams, boilers, and other structures, following hazardous waste

handling guidelines:

Assembles scaffolding and seals off work area, using plastic sheeting and duct tape Sprays chemical solution

over asbestos covered surfaces, using tank with attached hose and nozzle, to soften asbestos.

Dispose of harmful materials from a home, office, work site, public place, or other location.

Ensure all procedures meet OSHA standards.

Scrape material into containers and remove.

Comply with federal laws regulating waste disposal methods .

Ensure that common areas, interior and exterior are kept in a clean and safe manner. (Sweep sidewalks)

Perform routine and comprehensive custodial maintenance of assigned facilities

Handle removing the recycling and trash in accordance with established procedure

Moves materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.

move to a Freight Handler job.

May sweep floors, clean dock area, general good hygiene of entire work area..

Assist in receiving cargo by removing from truck by hand, or using manual equipment such as hand truck or

pallet jack or similar manual hand tools.

Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or moves orders to packing

station or shipping department.

Opens bales, crates, and other containers.

Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as

size, type, style, color, or product code.

Performs other duties as assigned.
