Smartnote- December, 2014 – August, 2015

Provide customer service to individuals enrolled in the smart-note program and working as a client advocate developing a rapport with the clients

Assist with auto loans and mortgages

Handling sensitive information such as banking information and lender information.

Setting up Bi weekly payments semi-monthly payments and weekly payments for the customer or any payment schedule that would benefit the customer.

Provide amortizations to potential clients who were interested in enrolling in the smartnote program or providing to current clients at their request

Brief description of Smartnote and Position. Smartnote is a bi weekly payment program that people can enroll in to accelerate the payoff of their vehicles, mortgages, or student loans by setting up automatic bi weekly debits. My role was an Account specialist where I would assist clients with their accounts or set up new accounts for current or new clients. I also would contact dealers, lenders, or clients to verify information in case the loan was approaching pay off, or if we needed additional information for a new enrollment. The position required predominately administrative responsibilities, great attention to detail, time sensitive obligations, and client service.

Northgate Arinso – May, 2012 – April, 2014

Provide Human resources assistance to employees of the state.

Handling sensitive information for employees of the state.

Assisting the employees of the state with time and leave, payroll, benefits, policy interpretation, application status, certificate processing.

Brief description of Northgate and Position- At Northgate I was a HR representative which required a number of different administrative details. On a regular basis I spoke with employees of the state under the Health and Human Services umbrella which included the agencies DADS, DFPS, DSHS, DARS, and HHS. I handled sensitive information, made changes to time sheets entered time, researched pay issues. During annual enrollment for benefits I assisted employees with making changes to their benefits. I provided policy interpretation and assisted the employees with anything they needed. I also helped applicants with questions about their application or with questions about applying for positions. I also was responsible for uploading faxed and mailed in applications and attaching them to the correct posting for the hiring managers viewing.
