Corrugator Machine Project: Corrugator machine includes 12 parameters which are depended to each other and directly affect our products. We have got them under the control to find out ideal parameters for each order therefore customer complaints were sharply reduced through this project. As a decided product range, fresh F&V boxes, we have managed to deliver 75 order by zero defect and zero complaint. Ink Colour Project : By supporting our supplier, we decreased number of ink colour to prevent unnecessary variety. By this project, we aimed to decrease ink consumption and decrease setup time in new products as well.It also provided to get standardization in colour range. Lean Production Project : As a first step, I have started to implement 5S technique in the strapping -1 and strapping-2 area and got targeted score at the end of the project.Additionaly, I organised operators to create root cause analysis to find out actual problems. Thereby, we got 4 / 5

Graduate Project : Lean Production Systems in the automotive industry in Izmit I have studied production systems which have been used so far in the automotive industry and compared production systems to find out advantages of each system. I have had opportunities to observe lean techniques in some automotive companies such as TKG,Toyotetsu and Ford Motor Company which are settled down in Izmit. Therefore, the study provided to me more practical case studies to improve my knowledge that I had in the past. I embraced lean thinking through this study. What is more, I also got general knowledge on Supplier Quality Production Management that includes CF,PIS,PESS,MQC,FMEA and SDS. Undergraduate Project : Diffusion Welding between Al2124 and Plain Al I have studied on diffusion welding with my team. We corporated Al2124 and plain Al by using copper as an interfacial material.We have identified colobrated areas by using various microscopes and had ideas on how we can use diffusion welding in particular part of planes.We have successfully completed the project.In addition, during the project we designed a clamp which was necessary to aline perfectly two samples and got a craftsman to produce it. The end of the project,I believed that being self-motivated and enthusiastic always give you the success. Additional Information
