Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Vice President

Brought on to manage all technology strategy, capability development and internal IT operations for a $100 million business unit focusing on IT and aviation services. Provide ongoing, outsourced IT enterprise application development support for multiple clients including process definition, solution architecture and overall management. Handle quality manaement, pre-acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition migration, innovation programs, and process compliance. Concurrently act as Group IT Director for multiple units between 2008-2010.

Provide technical direction for all outsourced technology operations support (application development, infrastructure, service desk) for 150+ staff across multiple contracts, including process definition and innovation.

Succeeded in setting up from scratch and operating the IT Division to 12 billable staff at $2.5 million each year; launched a web-based application development and web hosting as a new offering, growing it into most profitable capability (30% margin) in company.
