Review component requirements/compliance, assembly techniques, and customer specifications to insure that all products are processed per customer specifications. Provide guidance, where required, to mediate a solution and insure quality product ship on time. If necessary, contact either the customer or the supplier to garner an effective solution.Maintain baselines for evidence of continual improvement.

• Initiate and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for both customer and internal changes using the MRP system.
