Design and manufacture of waste heat recovery system. Combustion air preheater, dampers, column tray and internals for distillation columns, sugar & general engineering equipment.

Inspection of items, structure, column, air heater tube plates, casing, dampers etc. M.S & S.S fabricated items as per drgs., codes and QAP.

To prepare WPS, PQR,WPQ.

To prepare quality check list.

Check the layout marking as per cutting layout.

Check the fit up of part before welding.

Internal inspection according to QAP & as per specification.

Level II in PT,RT,MT,UT from Q.Q. inspection & technical consultancy services pvt.ltd.

Co-ordination for Quality review meetings & Preparation of MOM.

Third party audits(Inspections) with customers & consultants such as ALSTOM, EIL, Reliance Energy Ltd., L&T, ABB, SGS, QSS, Lloyds, BVIL, TUV, Intertek,TPL etc.

Quality Assurance -Documentation, Review, Reports & Material Test Certificates study.

Process / product improvement to reduce rejection and increasing productivity.

Conduct Calibration of Measuring and testing instruments in Lab & Maintain of calibration certificates.
