+CATIA V5 20,000 (hrs) + Auto CAD 2000 (5000 hrs)
EXPERIENCE:
Assembled and installed 3-D hydraulic fittings, line components and hydraulic systems tubing.
Designed and modified support brackets, laid out and located equipment racks & panels and lines
Reworked any discrepant CATIA 3-D model based on Change Notice (CN) and manufacturing’s specs, MIL-STD, ISO900, verified flag and custom notes to comply FAA requirement, latest Block Point, and DR/DI’s.
Incorporated any issue with tube fittings, flexible/non-flexible lines, material specifications, bonding and ground.
Modified and relocated 3-D brackets, changed tube line’s form fit function/material changes if needed.
Reviewed and verified designer’s checklist and Bills of Material during initial, intermediate, and final CRD stage (Critical Review Design)
Followed up engineering review meeting and created Release Actions (RA) with the approval from all engineering disciplines.
Interfaced closely with suppliers, liaison, manufacturing and other design engineers to acknowledge work package’s final mandatory pickups, corrective actions and FAR airworthiness standards.
Resolved any corrupted model’s issues pertaining to discrepant installation & assembly in the product structure (IRM, ARM, FT&A, GD&T ANSI Y14.5M, detailed-part, discreet & CA installation and other problem report)
Under Tier 1 Systems Functional Integration: Developed 787 engineering processes and CATIA V5 tools to integrate subsystems equipment, LRU’s modules and tubing objects in the 787 Mechanical Systems PRM (Project Resource Management)
Updated and technically converted 747-8 CATIA V4 to CATIA V5 parts & power copy catalogs within the ENOVIA LCA.
Tested, investigated and validated compliance update of 787, 747-8 processes and tools in latest Block Point release.
Interfaced cross-functional groups and resolved standard/supplier equipment commodity issues for Boeing partners and internal.
