Preparation and negotiation and acquisition of Mineral Leases. Title Curative, District Court Reviews and courthouse postings and searches for foreclosures, etc. Internet location of land, tax information, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for leasing contacts and negotiations. Probate analysis of heirships and will information. Charting and flowcharting of mineral title and heirships.

Title runs and analysis of ownership breakdowns for Bank Trust Department activities and verification of transfers. Explanation of lease provisions and analysis of lease terms for clients and lessors.

Familiar with computer indexing of title records, several book types of indexing and Title Plant acreage indexing and the programs associated therewith. Lightly exposed to TOBIN, QUORUM, EXCALIBUR and similar programs for lease and title management.

Located & acquired surface sites for drill sites and required curative actions in preparation for drilling operations.
