Project Manager for effort that created software tool to collect facilities information on North American and European locations to determine existing conditions at over 500 facilities. Reported findings to Senior Management, resulting in an ability to concentrate on improving those locations most challenged.
Created Facilities Demand/Capacity Analysis to report expected facilities needs based on various growth models, which became the central planning document Senior Management used to evaluate market share growth potential.
