Planning Phase;

• Prepared Estimates & budget for Banks/ stake holders

o Used Enterprise Resource Planning Software (an Oracle based ERP) and other planning software like MSP. Using this we would do reconciliation of billed quantity with purchased quantity / sub-contractor paid quantity on monthly basis. Reconciled with variance of 0% - 0.5% which was earlier 3% - 4%.

o Managed the Contracts including change orders with analysis of rates for approval.

o Concluded punch list, pending change orders and raised final invoices in fair and timely manner. This led to repeat orders from two clients with better contract conditions.
